This is the first of the game's weekly updates! I'm going to add a new perk or building each week for the next several months.

This week's update:
New Perk: Smugglers' Run. Doubles the effects of the Black Market building, and makes Black Markets Uncommon instead of Rare.
Nerf Alert: Security Forces have been changed from Uncommon to Rare, the number of Basic Apartments or Shanty Apartments required increased to 4, and their effect now applies to Corp buildings sharing a row or column (i.e., on the same layer)
Camera Rotation controls: Press Q, A, or the Left arrow to rotate the camera left, and E, D, or the Right arrow to rotate the camera right.
Fixed a bug where hovering over a building during Build mode showed a blank list of effects.
Clarified the Neural Net Weaver's effect description.
