This update introduces the Outlet Park - a new Park building where people grab live electrical wires. The Cult of Volt is weird, man. If there are House of Volts on opposite sides of the Outlet Park (in the row, column, or stack direction), then those Houses will double their income and the Outlet Park gains a multiplier and bonus income.

It's kinda fun coming up with new ideas for this Cult of Volt. Soon enough, I'm going to add them as a full-on faction (along with CORP and ILLEGAL).
