Small update with quality-of-life upgrades.
-- Trees no longer spawn near the house. Any trees placed on the right half of the farm at the start of the game will be young trees or saplings.
-- Off-farm trees will no longer block the view of your farm.
-- All eight hotkeys are available at the start of the game.
-- Perk names are displayed on the level up screen.
-- Cauldrons and chests now mention they have to be placed in order to be used.
-- Moved the help text closer to the center of the screen on the farm. Should help prevent players from overlooking it.
-- Standardized screen exit actions on the Seed Income screen. Added a hint that seed income can be found in the mailbox.
-- Storage items (chests and the mailbox) now allow the player to simply click on a stored item to add it back into inventory.
